TMPR reserves the right at any time and from time to time to temporarily or permanently modify or discontinue the web site (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that TMPR shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the web site.

No portion of this site may be reproduced without the express prior written permission of TMPR.

Persons and/or organizations may use information included within this site — without modification — only upon notification to TMPR, receipt of written permission from TMPR, and courtesy credit to TMPR or CRESCENT or the respective copyright holder as the source of the images and/or writings.

The CRESCENT logo is a trademark and intellectual property of W. Taft Matney, Jr. (“Crescent” logo first designed and used in January 2010).

The web site provides information for the benefit of users. Comments may be posted in certain areas of the web site by web site users. TMPR does not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or validity of comment(s) or any other any user-generated content posted on the web site.

Comments or other user-generated content deemed obscene, defamatory, harassing, threatening, pornographic, illegal, and/or that would violate the rights of others may not be submitted.

In its sole discretion, TMPR reserves the right to delete or edit any comments or other user-generated content that it considers inappropriate or otherwise objectionable.
